3 egg and spinach omellette and 2 slices rye toast for breakfast. Used up all the butter, enough spinach left for a smoothie tomorrow, but still have 9 eggs left, and an unopened container of Greek Yogurt. Leftover veggies will be eaten with dinner tonight and tomorrow, that'll just leave about a quart of milk to go. Maybe I'll make a couple of protein shakes.

I just cleaned the bedroom windows and blinds, dusted the ceiling fan, and vacuumed the carpet and I need a good rest. I think that I'll leave the patio doors and blinds alone and just sweep & mop the LR floor and clean the kitchen counters tomorrow, and on Monday I'll tackle the bathroom.

Had about 3.5 hours sleep before I went shopping yesterday morning, then 5 hours of broken sleep, and decided to drive home leaving at 8:30pm and arriving at 6am. The last 2 hours of the drive were rough.

Everytime I dozed off at home I either got a text or phonecall. I'm now beyond exhausted, but can't get to sleep.

Labs and EKG have been done as well as consent given for my surgery. Dr has me down for a tissue valve replacement and coronary bypass. Since I won't have the angio until the day before the surgery, the bypass is put in due to it being a possibility, and avoiding any problems with the unsurance company.

16 days til the angio and 17 til the surgery.
Last check aorta was .89 cm, normally it's around 2.5cm. It'll be nice to be oxygenated again

Rained through most of VA, glad I left at 3am, so the roads were somewhat empty.

VA can fuck right off with those Work Zone speed cameras. 8 mile work zone with nothing but orange barrels to be seen, and 3 or 4 mobile speed cameras placed along the way. Normal speed limit is 70, this work zone was 55, I know I'm getting at least one $100 ticket.

New dentist cleared me for surgery. I do need gum treatment, they did a deep cleaning and flouride treatment, and showed actual pics of the tooth that needs a crown.
Crown treatment was to start next week, but due to a cancelation, it will start tomorrow.

Once the bad tooth gets crowned and my implant gets one, all the major work will be done.
