I guess the lead singer guy really didn't like how the recording studio made the recording too clean on this album, but it has a lot of good stuff imo (~3min on to the end of the song in Stone Magnet is my favorite part of the album), but I can hear the diff in Dopethrone where he was able to get everything ruined just right

had to take down a couple wikis because of the PHP shitstorm. There's another exploitation framework that has been posted publicly (not the PHP2SHELL shown in the vid), but I haven't really looked into it so I won't link

php.net is 504ing, so here's the tweet:

The PHP security team is giving advance notice: Upcoming security release Wed, Oct 21st 2026, 14:00UTC, two critical vulnerabilities, both rated CVSSv4 9.2.

PHP users are encouraged to prepare to update. Earlier release if details become public or active exploit evidence.

been avoiding web frameworks because of past traumatic experiences, but this next project really fits the shape of using a framework...

sorta funny gotosocial setting I ran into:

# "baffle": Serve randomized, preposterous stats at instance and nodeinfo
# endpoints, and DISALLOW crawlers from crawling those endpoints in robots.txt.
# This mode can be useful to annoy crawlers that don't respect robots.txt.
# Warning that this may draw the ire of crawler implementers who don't
# respect robots.txt, and may therefore put a target on your instance.

https://docs.gotosocial.org/en/latest/configuration/instance/#__codelineno-0-203

fedi-map does respect robots.txt but the seed data I used didn't and indeed, I was baffled
