I'm giving the Fediverse some advanced treatment this time. In the past I've posted my art pieces after they've gone up on Instagram. This time you're getting the finished version before my timelapse videos are done.

So I've been keeping up with daily art posts on other social media. Thought I would share the most recent piece on here. I actually don't care for this one much 🤣, but friends and family seem to like it. It's simply titled "Adventure."

If you haven't been following along, or you just want a recap of the comic pages that I've been drawing, I did a "director's cut" so that you can see my thought process. Hopefully gain a better perspective on my artistic process as well.

I'm experimenting a bit with my alcohol markers as well as trying to edit some video to share on various social media platforms to get my art work out there. #comic #webcomic #drawing #inkdrawing #ink #fountainpen #traditionalart #mastoart

Next two pages are available! Still refining my process. The next page I'm working on is already much cleaner. But it is still very much in the planning stages... I'm debating moving away from doing everything in my sketch book to doing individual pages. My sister-in-law got me some new paper (similar to Bristol board) as a Christmas present. #comic #mastoart #drawing #inkdrawing #ink #fountainpen #traditionalart #noai

Here is the latest spread from my #comic ... Took me a little longer to get these pages done, but I think I'm on a more brisk pace now.

Finished the next page for Ghost Of Jupiter. As much as I didn't like the last page, it looks much better when put together as a two-page spread (as was intended). #ink #inkdrawing #art #mastoart #fountainpen

There's a lot that I don't care for in this, but it was already inked. That's why I'm doing this. I'm rusty and I need to work through it. Only have so much time in the day to draw. I will probably look for a VF nib #fountainpen in the near future... The F nib pen that I have writes wet, so it's hard to get tiny lines. The M nib Jinhao 9019 is a beast though, it really lays a nice line and has a massive converter to hold a lot of #ink.

Ghost of Jupiter 005

Slowly but surely... I think I'm just going to work page by page. May or may not stick with this same story.

Rushed this one a bit, but I wanted to play around with layering heavy amounts of my new Noodler's Black waterproof ink using my recently purchased Jinhao 9019.

I am looking forward to eventually playing this. I've never played through any of the iterations of this game, only I, IV, and VII. Even though I have played a bunch of VIII, I never beat it, and I only got about half-way through XI.
