We can compare current nations of European people to the traditional forms prior to full impact of the liberal revolutions.

The sequence of advancement in these different measures is important. Advancement of (high) culture leads to advancement of civilization. Advancement of civilization leads to growth of the nation's population.

Under the traditional societies, high culture exploded as we can still see in the Louvre, architecture, and books of philosophy, science, and music. Civilization then advanced, and population exploded. Europeans spread their cultures, civilization, and population across the planet.

Any number of different events would have caused a different outcome . For example, if Oswald Mosley had come to power in England, variants of fascism and national socialism might be the dominant government of most of Europe today. They would be prospering White countries instead of what they are now.
