Das undifferenzierte "Datenschutz" und irgendwelche abstruse Verfolgungsphantasien sind hier wenig relevant.

Die wichtige systemische Fragen sind:
- Wieso macht Vonovia das? Wie viel Gewinn machen die und was ist die Strategie dahinter? Was kommt danach noch auf Menschen zu?
- Wieso können Mieter es nicht ablehnen ein Abonnement für ein unnötiges Gerät zu zahlen?
- Was macht es mit Menschen wenn sie sowas zuhause haben? Werden die sich deswegen anders verhalten?

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit des Missbrauchs in diesem Fall is sehr gering und die Folgen dessen auch. Das beide zusammen macht dies kaum das erwähnen wert.
