so culinary discovery of the week... making a B&E sanwich with some Woolworths Turkish Bread Rolls. basically a big rectangular roll. bacon not a problem, but how to get the egg right? 2 eggs. solution: 2 eggs into a small bowl with S&P and a little dribble of oil, and beat until mixed.

now, find a long bowl like the one pictured (bubbles optional, but there for size reference...) and pour the egg into that. microwave for 90 seconds on high. you end up with what is essentially... a turkish roll shaped and sized omelette that you can just lift out and lay over your bacon!
