I don't know about that. For someone like me, who's reporting what I see on the local timeline, five strikes effectively kills all my motivation to report people at all.

When I look at an account and see that it's been posting uncredited porn without CN for weeks, and then I report as many posts as the interface will allow me to do (20 or something), and the result is you deleting those 20 posts and doing nothing else about the account, it feels kinda pointless.
