Still no money is exchanged. You get a letter with a survey strongly implying that puppies will be shot if you do not rate them 5 stars. Another month passes. You get an actual bill. The number does not appear to be related to the not-a-bill or to the numbers in your health plan, but they&#39;re close enough that it doesn&#39;t seem worth spending hours on the phone to fix it. It is *great* for this. It definitely needed less re-shaking than my inkvent inks did.<br/><br/>It&#39;s a pretty blue-black colour. The shimmer is more like that in a metallic gel pen than in most of my other shimmer inks.
