Nobody was hurt. <br/><br/>Two weeks later, a POLICE OFFICER showed up at Katie Huss&#39;s front door with SURVEILLANCE PHOTOS of the children on a swing.<br/><br/>The borough had split the repair bill among five kids. <br/><br/>$59 dollars each.<br/><br/>Three families paid up and their kids&#39;
