It would disrupt storm systems and lead to a more stagnant atmosphere with less circulation, causing more atmospheric blocking events / “heat domes”. So the opposite effect of what’s desired.

That’s if it’s actually done in a coordinated manner. Studies on doing it in an uncoordinated manner have shown it can heat up your neighbors.

I didn’t click the link because I assumed you were trying to mansplain Cambridge Analytica to me, but I guess you linked something completely unrelated you didn’t even mention.

The article discusses how data from Meta was exfiltrated via a 3rd party who users had granted access to.

That’s not an example of Meta giving god credentials to US law enforcement. While I hate Meta, it’s questionable to what degree they were even at fault there.
