Children should never be driven into racist violence to clear debts or do the bidding of criminals. What we’re seeing is not “community protection”, it is child abuse, grooming and exploitation.

Ten of those arrested in Belfast last week were children. The youngest was 12. They were coerced onto the streets by adults who stayed in the shadows.
