That&#39;s &#34;sexist&#34; too, but then I guess it&#39;s kind of trying to make it more equal for them? And then how would women feel knowing that they got hired because I was biased towards them? Would they be creeped out? Also what if it&#39;s all good and I helped them, but the environment is not suitable? Had a very strong junior engineer last year, and she was being picked on in meetings more than on one occasion.
