I used to have cats back in the day and one used to help me with Halloween event, the Clock Tower, by holding my hand. :ABlobCatHeart:

It is sunrise in Finland, I neglect sleep so maybe it is the perfect time for an #introduction.
I have been looking at Fediverse for a couple of years and at my usual good pace I have already managed to create an account, or a few. I tend to move fairly slowly, if I think I get something new and shiny done tomorrow, it is actually happening next week, or year...
I have long been interested in video games and thanks to fedi.garden I have found my way to The Gamer's Tavern.
I am from approximately the Playstation 2 era which is when I played the greatest variety of games, today I would consider my favorites to be Final Fantasy IX and XII. Since then I have wandered and done mostly nothing in MMORPGs. Now as my beloved landscapes change or disappear with time my home has been in Skyrim. Sometimes I visit Stardew Valley, recently have been trying to reach Baldur's Gate but the road is very demanding!
(that game being too powerful for my poor ancient computer)
In addition to fantasy genre, RPGs and building/crafting games I also like some sci-fi in small amounts. (Spaaaace!)
Romance stories in games are also what I look for.
I am a bit clumsy with English these days since I haven't really been chatting much for several years. Lamentably (possibly) that does not stop me! 😁
My plan is to slightly post about games I am playing. Might even manage to make a post as soon as next week.
I am also looking forward to see everyone's stories about games.

I'm still learning Mastodon but I have now found out how to make a reply. 😅
