Really, #NaNoWriMo?! Saying that it is ableist and classist be against using a tool that STEALS OTHER WRITERS' WORK to make your own? It's ableist and classist to suggest that those marginalized groups need AI to write their novels! Until they disavow their new sponsor, I'm never doing #NaNoWriMo ever again (done it several times and was looking forward to doing it again this year.)

Rumors of the #NaNoWriMo organization of being a shitshow have been proven, I guess.

Your situation sucks, and I can totally understand hopelessness. But the social safety net, as full of fucking holes as it is, isn't going to get better under either the GOP or whatever emerges after it all burns down.

And some of us (me included: older, dependent on availability of meds) will die fast if it all burns.

Look, the sad reality about the US is that most people in it aren't radical or even progressive. Burn what we have down, and it's 99% likely to be worse for you, pretty much no matter who you are except a billionaire.
