GrapheneOS (npub1235…0ht5) paste protection is not working for some apps after setting "paste only", e.g. forkgram, yakihonne, some others i forgot. Is it because some apps have custom input widget and paste is not "native"?

without telling how to clean this up. I figured to delete ~/.local/share/ngit but error message could be better (or better yet it should clean up on logout i understand)

and today publishing to ngit doesnt work, Amber (npub1am3…xrv7) event never arrives so `ngit init` sits at the repo announcement signing until timeout. Tried multiple times, tried adding --additional-relay with relays that amber is connected to (i understand it shouldnt be needed but idk how to properly debug this). cc DanConwayDev (npub15qy…yejr) #asknostr

хотелось бы где-то увидеть стройную и self-consistent левую идею. Большинство не идут так далеко, просто берётся какое-то негативное явление, находится простейшее "решение" без учёта second-order effects, предыдущих "решений", подмешиваются эмоции и вуаля. Так что может быть интересно, но не знаю насколько возможно это сделать с противоположной стороны :)

- nostrmo doesnt look too bad, didnt see it mentioned often PS huh, sending didnt work, amber prompt didnt come up, taking one star off %)
- ditto is smooth but a little too busy with stuff i dont need (badges, blobbis, etc)
- voyager was nice minimalist one but sadly is crashing now on start
- dark wisp promised super fast relay operations but experience was inconsistent, feed showed up or disappeared randomly
- the big ones (amethyst and primal) tried before - too mainstream 😅

i wish more clients implemented fevela per-contact feed grouping

So apparently this is school #math for some kids but there is a thing called subfactorial - how many permutations exist for N elements where none of the elements stay in the same position. There are several formulas how to compute it, i came up with quite an ugly one, but there is a very cute derivation for a simple formula `D(n)=(n-1)(D(n-1)+D(n-2))`, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derangement . The thing that blew my mind is that it is precisely approximated by rounding `n! / e` - this is just insane.
