interesting list. It's songs not bands - am still a bit surprised by the Springsteen song and Armstrong track (why not A train?). I'd put in or argue for some others to be in - Bobby Brown by Zappa (or don't eat the yellow snow), Ohio by CSN, Truckin' by the Dead, Rhapsody in Blue if it qualifies as a song, Mrs Robinson S&G, Tom Dooley Kingston Trio- but what to take out? I don't know enough about some early stuff. I'd take out Hurt by Cash for sure

I'm no expert - but the nixta matches well with the Ancho Reyes in the vegetal-ness - (spice/heat aside). I love jungle birds - I was reminded of that and the hit of blackstrap there, in the old fashioned. Daresay something like that (without the blackstrap) - maybe even tequila based or mixed.

The Nixta would be good in tiki style drinks - there's an unctousness and cinnamon hint that could work well.
(Nixta is sweetened with piloncillo too so that's a good match already)

My apologies to true #mezcal enthusiasts - the good stuff don't need to be in cocktails - this is just Espadin (and yes not great how that cultivation is displacing wild stuff)

No overnight rise but still decent flavor. A touch dense but lovely chew.

Non standard #Dinner or #BreakfastForDinner perhaps, but me happy! Sesame mucho🎶
