It's unlikely the Strategic Petroleum Reserve can provide much more oil. Trump's initial drawdown was supposed to be 172 million barrels, which would have taken it to 243, but releases almost stopped a few weeks back around 285 (it's 283 now). So Trump is promising 17 million more when there's already 40 million promised and undelivered, presumably because it can't be.

I don't think they could prevent the sale of sensitive data even if they wanted to (not that they care). This is one of the big issues with using most genAI - all your sensitive information gets fed into their servers, and kept for training, and when they go bankrupt it'll be sold. Possibly they'll use it themselves first. Basically anything a genAI server sees is going to end up available for purchase.

Funny advice. If crypto is really going to be broken then the sensible thing would be to sell it and buy a safe asset. It's not going to be worth much if using it for anything brings substantial risk of being wiped out. Is there any reason to believe that OpenAI has a good chance of solving *this* math problem, which is generally thought to be quite hard and possibly impossible (in the sense that no factorization algorithm will be easy)?

All strategy games except Minecraft, which I "play" mostly as a modder. Picking from the series was tricky. My special favorite Railroad Tycoon was III, which is the only railroad game I've ever found with an economy. But that wasn't an option, only RRT II. Civ IV was IMO the best although I played V the most. CoE and Dominions; all good. And, yes, I've played a lot of Paradox but in the end none of them made the cut.
