so ok weird thing: among the vanilla expanded weapon mods there is a "non-lethal" one that adds like rubber bullets and tear gas

the explicit gameplay purpose (as per the mod's description that I just rechecked) is when you need to down someone but try not to kill them (like prisoner escaping or character going berserk)

now while searching for this mod (cause I needed something from its workshop page) I found several addons for it, which I found strange but whatever, checked them out of curiosity

one of them has the strange change of renaming the "Non-lethal Weapons" tech from the original mod to "Non-lethal solutions" and uh... uh?
