Waycheck (confirmed) and Magothy (unconfirmed) are both considered "safe", but that's because all they do is access resources that are available by default to Flatpak-sandboxed apps (the Wayland bus for the former, sysfs and procfs for the latter). Anything that requests filesystem or network permissions outside of the default will be considered unsafe, which I agree is a bit silly.
