I don&#39;t know if it counts as quick sand. It was tricky because we were by ourselves and I didn&#39;t want to get stuck myself. I ended up laying driftwood down to get to him and then I was able to pull him out. I helped with electronics and computers. <br/><br/>It was a bit uncomfortable because I am not super experienced with fixing household appliances. As a physicist, I have dealt with a lot of electrical hardware over the years, but it doesn&#39;t always carry over to household electronics. Thankfully the other volunteers were very helpful and gave me lots of tips as I made a few repairs.
