Leaving Meta’s platforms has been a long time coming. I stayed because I had family who only used them, and I wanted to keep in touch. But then I realized - each person who leaves makes it easier for others to do the same. Now works for me. 🚪💨

I’m not here to convince anyone or judge those who stay. We all have different circumstances. But for me, it was time to step away. I now hope at least some of them follow.
