Y’all, if you’re in Texas, Oklahoma, or points east, buckle up. The southern infrastructure, after years of GOP rule, tends to fall down when there are deep freezes and winter storms. <br/>Find out and write down on paper the location of your nearest emergency warning shelter. <br/>Find the thingy that turns off water to your house. You’ll need that if a pipe breaks. <br/>If you lose power, probably you should shut off the water and drain as much of the system as you can. <br/>It’s only gonna be a few days, and doesn’t look to be the snowpocolypse of years past. Still, have emergency supplies on hand. Just good practice.
