Yes, clearly one road cannot be both one way and a no through road; therefore this cannot refer to the same road. It's probably that the Waymos were on a one way street, and stopped blocking the junction with a side street that's a no through road.

Are there any sources to help identify dormant garden bulbs? Ideally pictures, but descriptions or a machine learning system would do. Everything I've found so far generally only has photos of the plants in flower.

I plant a lot of mixed containers every spring, and it's hard to be sure what everything is when I put them back into storage. Especially this year because some of the paper bags rotted and they got mixed together.

Working from garden has been amazing today. The flowers have been full of insects, the swifts have been screaming between the houses, and the robins have been coming and going to their nest in this old outhouse all day.

I'm about 2m from the entrance to the outhouse and they're coming and going quite happily. They prefer me to look away when they go in, though!

I picked some chard from the garden for dinner, and this neighbour's cat got very excited about me walking round holding a plate above it! Sure, I've seen the videos, but never had a cat actually jumping up and meowing at me for some of those tasty, tasty... leaves.

I use a monster builder at https://monster.pf2.tools/ for all my NPCs. It's simpler than using full player character rules, and balanced like enemies are supposed to be. I recommend reading the rules on building creatures in the Gamemastery Guide: https://2e.aonprd.com/Rules.aspx?ID=995&NoRedirect=1 (I don't know if these are online in German).

For major NPCs I build them in the monster builder, then add extras like feats mainly as flavour

A lot more people would be alive today if Russia didn't keep invading its neighbours. They've said multiple times that Ukraine shouldn't exist and should just be part of Russia. They've been erasing Ukranian culture in the areas they've occupied, and sending children to Russia to be brought up as Russian.

It's largely the difference as I understand it between social liberalism and economic liberalism.

Economic liberalism is generally the idea that nobody should be limited by the government, and therefore the rich can do whatever they like.

Social liberalism is the idea that everyone should have a good level of freedom, and sometimes the government might need to step in to lift some people up or stop others getting too powerful.
