The government is dropping the ball big time :( <br/><br/>The pups which adopt restaurants and stores, and the neighborhood dogs are always very well loved and taken care of. <br/><br/>The pups in the regions bordering Syria, Iraq and Iran, and the ones who live in the woods definitely live difficult lives. <br/><br/>This was my neighborhood pup for 7 years, she was very very well loved, and she lived in the cafe I worked from.
