In 2027 the rule is meant to cover all apps worldwide. On devices without that Google certification it does not apply as things stand today. GrapheneOS is one of them.

In parallel, the EU has spent more than four years negotiating whether providers must automatically scan private messages. The next round is scheduled for late September. Both are justified with safety. Both move control away from the person the device belongs to.

That leaves one plain question. Do you want to be the product, or do you want to own your hardware.

The way out is in two books. Volume 1 is the device itself: GrapheneOS on a Pixel, apps without the Play Store, separate profiles, travel OpSec, Bitcoin. Volume 2 is everything around it: Linux on your computer instead of Windows or macOS, your own network and DNS, mail and identity, Nostr, Bitcoin and Monero, real ownership.

Both books are kept current whenever the ecosystem changes. The GrapheneOS handbook is now at version 2.9. Buy directly from me and every new edition arrives free by mail through my own delivery system, DRM-free in four formats.

https://alien-investor.org/en/buecher.html

#GrapheneOS #Linux #Privacy #OpSec #Bitcoin #Nostr

2026-09-10T16:54:44Z https://nostr.now/nevent1qqsylyup3ffwcyn630dh7ye8yjpw5e76vdrx49k8dc2mvuxlc66r3wqzyqh2ptfpnwypgdak347hyvhej5p7mlamx4glnwgkcz0jp9nwh2qksud43ql In reply to nevent1q…7fjf
_________________________

great rules. thank you. 2026-07-02T12:05:14Z https://nostr.now/nevent1qqsp3zhaphsgfzyh467vfe7pp6eyc9e7d4rucu2nv729rhnpnxdwe2qzyqh2ptfpnwypgdak347hyvhej5p7mlamx4glnwgkcz0jp9nwh2qks9t73xd In reply to nevent1q…naue
_________________________

great news. will it be available outside amazon? 2026-03-14T13:29:45Z https://nostr.now/nevent1qqsva70555jyhkcux3dytypkprd3lry8pl2hhaqhq56snvrrdvm0qeczyqh2ptfpnwypgdak347hyvhej5p7mlamx4glnwgkcz0jp9nwh2qkszh9rmm MASTERPIECE
https://www.netflix.com/title/81392676 2026-02-11T10:05:54Z https://nostr.now/nevent1qqsw9mnw43ewa4vktwk5xgkjmg88hjwpl3l7txzxvjshqtqjrxjutxgzyqh2ptfpnwypgdak347hyvhej5p7mlamx4glnwgkcz0jp9nwh2qks05k5ep In reply to nevent1q…hquj
_________________________

If we forget that to be free is to seek out a master to whom we should serve, then freedom is nothing more than an absolute chance that we will be commanded by the most despicable master.

Nicolás Gómez Dávila 2025-12-03T11:38:07Z https://nostr.now/nevent1qqsdh2w84gjzs2nal06lc9sxpcw5jq7u7dm5au7zudkj78d3mhcz7aczyqh2ptfpnwypgdak347hyvhej5p7mlamx4glnwgkcz0jp9nwh2qksyfulr6 In reply to nevent1q…v73j
_________________________

good job. this is the way 2025-10-31T12:26:04Z https://nostr.now/nevent1qqs9yzew7kvgpfffp6c8dnpauwkp5ll8fdcxqk20r9urt6ca3ffpvlczyqh2ptfpnwypgdak347hyvhej5p7mlamx4glnwgkcz0jp9nwh2qksg6kjkp In reply to nevent1q…mk8h
_________________________

graphene and zapstore 2025-09-04T07:44:54Z https://nostr.now/nevent1qqsx2y6ryrq2n3y7dtd7f07wndye2dzxz2swet67ealmzwy52dar7dgzyqh2ptfpnwypgdak347hyvhej5p7mlamx4glnwgkcz0jp9nwh2qksdratku In reply to nevent1q…csye
_________________________

Professional answers.
