The organization was very focused on community involvement and getting out in nature. We did a lot of hiking, park walks, and volunteering at food and clothing banks. Idk how your brain works but mine is a problem solver to the max, so when I&#39;m not getting something I want, I kinda drive myself crazy with the possible routes to getting what it is I desire. Yeah! Haha. With the caffeine my midwife told me (I drink higher than recommended amounts of coffee usually) that it was about drinking more water and replacing the electrolytes. My wise grandma friend also told me that she smoked cigarettes, and drank plenty of coffee while pregnant and had 4 healthy children. Something to consider is your tolerance level for these things, like if you drink 400mg caffeine everyday, your body will be more shocked by completely eliminating it than it would to just keep getting it. <br/><br/>Are you coffee or some other kind of caffeine?
