Apart from the fact that a parked e-bike (visibly) w/o a battery is less likely to be stolen, you don&#39;t have to worry about heat or cold (Winter: Is it humid and likely to freeze? Summer: Will the bike /battery be exposed to direct sunlight for hours?).<br/><br/>Also, you can charge it where you&#39;re going. And e-bike batteries are not _that_ heavy.
