A Dev using llm is not just relying on the llm knowledge but on getting the llm to carry out their intent a lot faster. The dev knows exactly what they want to achieve and are using llm to get it done faster. Bug reports are helpful but depends on how it is presented. There are a lot of false positives reports from agents that might appear to be valid but in actual context are nothing burgers. A Dev with experience would be able to determine this easily.
