This cartoon tells the truth. Some of the greatest answers to prayer are the burdens God helps us put down.

We come to Him wanting something added to our lives. Sometimes His work begins with what needs to leave, the anger we keep feeding, the need to control every outcome, the fear that has been making our decisions.

Consistent prayer to a loving God brings peace in the middle of chaos and confidence when we cannot see what comes next. The circumstances may still be difficult. But we face them knowing we are loved, heard, and never abandoned.

Philippians 4:6–7 connects prayer and thanksgiving with God's peace guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. That is a promise we can lean on when the news is ugly, the bills are due, or someone we love is hurting.

Surrender means opening our hands and admitting that God sees what we cannot. We still have responsibilities. We still make decisions.

But we stop pretending the entire future rests on our shoulders.

I think many of us exhaust ourselves trying to manage things that were never ours to control. We carry tomorrow's troubles into today's breakfast, then wonder why we feel worn out before the day begins.

Prayer gives us a place to lay that weight down.

Proverbs 3:5–6 teaches us to trust the Lord rather than depend on our own understanding. Romans 8:28 assures those who love Him and are called according to His purpose that He works all things together for good.

That does not make every painful thing good. It means pain cannot put us beyond His purpose or His care.

Our sovereign God can guide us through a season we would never have chosen. We can trust His character while we wait to understand His plans.

Sometimes the greatest blessing is what we no longer have to carry.

Real resistance movements don't get a press pool. They don't get glowing segments on the evening news, celebrity endorsements, and a parade of former officials cheering them on.

Real resistance happens in the shadows.

Think about the movements that truly earned that name. The French Resistance in World War II operated underground, at the risk of prison or death. Soviet dissidents passed banned writing hand to hand because no newspaper would print it. The American colonists who stood up to the Crown were branded traitors by the most powerful empire on earth.

None of them had the establishment on their side. That's what made them a resistance.

Now look at the modern "Resistance." It has the backing of most major newsrooms, Hollywood, big universities, much of corporate America, and the entire Democratic Party apparatus. Its rallies get wall-to-wall coverage. Its leaders get book deals and TV contracts.

That's not a resistance. That's the establishment wearing a costume.

AOC said she was proud to sign it and claimed there have already been 10 hangings of Black people this year.

Most of the high-profile cases they are waving around were ruled suicides by medical examiners and police.

One case is being investigated as a homicide, and the person of interest is a Black man.

Another is still under investigation. None of them have produced a white mob with a rope.

That is not a race war. That is a talking point.

I could not imagine living inside that information diet right now.

The media keeps you scared and furious because angry people vote. It is intentional.

AOC and her colleagues know the history of lynching is real and horrible. They also know a suicide is not a lynching.

They used the word anyway because it lights a fire.

If you tell people their neighbors are hunting them, they will not think about school test scores, grocery prices, or whether the law was followed. They will think about enemies.

That is the point.

You do not get to turn a family's tragedy into a campaign if the coroner already told you what happened.

The cartoon has it right. Being a liberal right now means staying delusional, afraid, and angry on purpose.

It means rooting against the country you live in because the story only works if America is the villain.

The same collapse of thinking showed up in the trans movement. Doctors once treated gender dysphoria as a mental illness. Then they started giving drugs and surgeries to children and called it care.

The 2023 CDC youth survey found 3.3 percent of high schoolers identify as transgender. Another 2.2 percent said they were not sure. Middle schoolers now pick bisexual or nonbinary so they do not have to choose.

COVID already put this generation behind. Twelfth-grade reading in 2024 was the lowest score in the history of the Nation’s Report Card. Thirty-two percent of seniors scored below basic.

If people cannot think, someone else will think for them. God warned us about a time when people would call evil good and good evil. That time is not coming. It is here.

When a party cannot write a platform and a clinic can rewrite a child, who is holding the strings?

n this country a socialist can grab a microphone and sell communism. He can do it online. He can do it on campus. He will not get a knock on the door for the idea.

That is what a free country looks like. You can push a rotten idea and still go home at night. The First Amendment does not ask if the speech is smart. It asks if the government gets to jail you for it.

Now flip it.

Try being free in a communist country. Try being free in a socialist one. You do not get a microphone. You get a file. You get a midnight visit. You get a camp if you keep talking.

You do not even have to go that far. Look at England. Look at Germany. They arrest people for memes.

In September 2025 Yorkshire police arrested a blogger over an online meme. In Germany a publisher got a seven-month sentence, on probation, for sharing a satirical meme of a cabinet minister. Police have raided homes over insults posted on the internet.

That is not the land of the free. That is a government that is scared of a joke. A joke is not a crime in a free country.

Leftists in America use our liberty to preach a system that would take the liberty away. They know it. That is why they do the preaching here and not in Havana.

A free people can stand a fool with a bullhorn. An unfree people cannot stand a cartoon.

We still have the right to call socialism what it is. They are counting on us to forget that the countries they admire do not return the favor.

Bottom line, they use American freedom to sell a system that punishes freedom. England and Germany are already showing you the preview.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta is drawing a hard line on the latest fight over mail voting, voter fraud claims and election safeguards.

In an MSNOW interview, Bonta said, “there is no widespread voter fraud. That is a conspiracy theory that’s been debunked time and time again.” He also argued that the SAVE Act and the United States Postal Service voting effort would “suppress the vote of eligible American voters,” and accused Trump of trying to “put a finger on the scale and interfere with free and fair election.”

That is the argument from Bonta’s side. The other side is pretty simple, too. If election officials are confident the system is secure, then basic safeguards should not be treated like an attack on democracy.

The SAVE Act text says it would require proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.

The USPS rule fight includes mail-ballot procedures such as recipient lists and unique barcodes on outbound and return ballot envelopes. Supporters call that chain of custody. Opponents call it federal overreach and a threat to access.

This is not an unusual debate in Western democracies. The United Kingdom uses postal vote statements and voter ID rules. Australia says postal ballots are checked against the electoral roll and include witness requirements. Canada lists safeguards for mail special ballots.

California also gives voters multiple paths. The Secretary of State says active registered voters are mailed ballots, but voters may also return ballots in person or vote in person at official locations.

So the real question is not whether voting should be easy or secure. It should be both.

The question is whether safeguards that verify eligibility and protect mail ballots can be written in a way that protects legal voters while strengthening public confidence.

Liberalism used to mean free speech, open debate, individual rights, and at least some respect for reality.

What we are watching now is leftism.

Ideology over truth.
Feelings over facts.
Government over family.
Chaos dressed up as compassion.

They call common sense hateful.
They call morality dangerous.
They call failure progress.

And then they wonder why normal Americans are saying enough.
