I keep looking for active discussions on Masto; maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places?

I'm so much more used to socmed sites where folks talk to each other. It feels so silent and isolated here. Why??? I know there are humans around; my feed is full of posts but none of them seem to have any comments. It's just a bunch of folks shouting into the void.

Is it just a difference in culture here? Or am I just missing all the action somehow?

For my second book in my #fantasy series, Scent of Smoke, Enaka believes that they're at fault for more people dying than necessary in the first one. It's PTSD & survivor's guilt overflowing from two separate but related incidents rather than an accurate reflection of events, but it's gonna be a while before Enaka has peace about it.
