Fit depends on the exact model, not the screen size. Per Apple's list, Apple Pencil Pro works only with iPad Pro (M4 and M5), iPad Air (M2, M3 and M4) and iPad mini (A17 Pro), on iPadOS 17.5 or later. Apple Pencil (USB-C) fits a wider range, including iPad (10th generation) and iPad (A16).

2. Does it respond to pressure?
Apple's comparison shows pressure sensitivity on Apple Pencil Pro but not on Apple Pencil (USB-C). Both have tilt sensitivity.

So a Pencil can fit your iPad and still be the wrong pick if you want strokes that change with how hard you press.

- A PS5 with a disc drive plays PS5 discs and the overwhelming majority of PS4 discs. A few PS4 games are PS4-only, so check your titles.
- PS5 consoles do not support PS3 discs.
- PS5 Digital Edition can't use PS4 discs. The PS5 Pro we list has no built-in drive, so disc play needs a compatible add-on drive.
- The Xbox line only says which console has a drive, not which older Xbox discs run.
