I've been thinking quite deeply about whether or not I should even look at getting a car given I'm dead serious about leaving the UK at least in terms of exploring the world quite a lot when I get the money. Very happy today, finally had a significant weight drop and it was definitely portion and calorie control that did it. 75.15kg to 74.40kg, however I should be careful about that I've noticed that there's s a definite trend between bodybuilder type dieting videos being way more extreme when it come to what you can and can't eat versus just trying to be healthy.

I'm kind of determined to keep dropping the weight like this though so I can probably readjust my diet and allow for snacking etc. in order to keep my weight the same because that's what I was struggling with. They also might have a point about pasta but I'm not sure to be honest, I think for keeping a more steady drop rate that's fine.

Seafood, Turkey and Chickenbreast are definitely the leanest method you can go for dropping weight dramatically and that's just from me doing my own experimentation.

So looking at egg diets, the home made bread, should probably increase seafood a lot and the classic lean chicken as well as turkey.

Double checked and yes the Salmon fillets tend to be on the fattier side of fish so I went for haddock instead, going to experiment with turkey and things like that too.

Well I call bullshit on a bloomer loaf being easy, you have knead it, proof it, shape it after taking the air out and then proof it again and put fancy slits in along with multiple steps to even get it in the oven.

Meanwhile a simple farmhouse loaf you just knead the ingredients together, proof it and dump it in the tin after buttering it so it doesn't stick. It's not the most difficult thing ever but it's not 'easy' unless you're a professional baker or do it tons.
