Now, does it help knowing that the context for the first is that my TWSBI is a fountain pen and the latter two relate to my dog, Rufus, aka Dingus?

Anyway, can anyone tell me what it is about this sentence (not mine) that strikes me as...off:

"…going through these reports nothing, nor anyone, flagged themselves up as a serious potential threat to their victim's life."

I know it's wrong, but all my attempts at reworking it have gone horribly awry.

Question for the pen folks -- I've got a Narwhal classic that has an ink flow issue. Every time I use it, everything starts out fine, but after 1/2 page or so it starts to...dry out? If I turn the plunger down a small amount, it kicks back into gear, but that's not a long term fix. I've tried flexing the nib to see if the tines are too close. What should I be trying next?

As with so many things, they're just a bit behind the curve (said as someone on my 6th Subie).

The last time they tried, the market was full of compact pickups that did pickup better. Now, with just the Hyundai Santa Cruz and Ford Maverick, the market is ready for another option.

Of course, I may be biased since I'd be the first in line for a new BRAT. 😎
