inability to fix social care breaking the nhs, next to reduced number of beds (even during the pandemic), reduced investment vs EU, the statement that blows my mind, less beds less costs, so you run 🏥 with less beds, then surprise 😱 of waiting times ⬆️ in an aging pop, beds cancelled in summer to save money, also strip staff of the little bit of recovery time that was there previously, those closed beds also never reopened in winter as now no staff, FFS

I would love to see double VAT on private healthcare and a max what somebody working in NHS can work privately, majority should be NHS work, and no private medicine for policians😬so they make a proper effort to get it sorted

germany free uni for non germans too, aim is to get those educated to stay in the country, with all the shortages around 👍🏽however society still not ready for this, glass ceiling for foreigners and those with less connections lower than in UK, I think would work better here
