I ate a bunch of them one time and decided I didn't want to eat them fresh any more. They tingle the lips... candied and preserved is another story.
Do you have sweet lemon or Palestine lime?
No acid. On a hot day, one of these is like eating a lemonade.

I love living in the tropics.
Cast iron seared red snapper: Cajun lemon-garlic raw butter with szechuan peppercorns.
Bought the fish from a guy on the side of the road for a quarter of the price I would have paid in the states and it just came out of the ocean.

Weims are a bit wacky, dumb and can be clumsy counter surfers if you aren't careful. My weim is a rescue and had it pretty rough before before I got her so she is a snuggle bug and has big separation anxiety issues. She's an emotional and timid dog. A bit of a couch potato but that's atypical for the breed.
The vizlsa is smaller, much faster, more agile, and highly intelligent. He's very affectionate. I would highly recommend both breeds especially if you can give them outside time. The breed is sensitive and doesn't respond well to strong or harsh discipline. They just need positive reinforcement.
Both are great hunting dog breeds. They are smart and train easily. The boy loves ground prey and chasing things that roll or run. The girl loves to chase birds and anything flying like a drone.
Both are hilarious and have big personalities.

Don't overheat your pan. Crack eggs into buttered pan and start whisking them with the fork in a fast horizontal waving fashion. Once they are foamy, tilt pan, add cheese or filling to the thin side. Level pan, start to lift the edge around the circumference of the pan. If the egg is cooking too fast, lift the pan off the burner. When you go for the use the pan to shuffle/slide the egg into the corner, not the fork or spatula.
Hope that helps.

I know some people thrive on that energy of progress, but it just drains and angers me. It reminds me how grateful I am to live where I do.
