Sec Reich is 80 years old. He was Labor Secretary 35 years ago and just retired from *actively* teaching 2/3 yrs ago. Do not let one opportunity pass to force someone to look at the truth.

peach, the interest rate of near zero was NOT the interest rate for mortgages. I have a mortgage for 365,000. My interest rate is 3.1, because of the 2008 crash. My payment is not anywhere near $1600. It’s north Iof 2k.
And $400,000 in at 6 + interest rate is well north of $2600.
Your math is all wonky and your supposition that the interest rate for banks is the interest rate for mortgages is wrong.

Jeff, of course women are going to be blamed for how men behave. And in a strange way they have a point. Women have had devote their lives to managing men and their emotions for millennia. Once we stopped doing that and instead focused on our own growth and potential, there was no one to manage all that male rage and emotion. They certainly aren’t going to do it themselves.
