this was a huge problem with those born in the 1920s and before, who actively withnessed WW1 veterans, Polio Survivors and disabled people *disappearing* that way…

OFC…
Also sounds more dangerous than even *"deoxidized pig.blood"* would be, which is disgusting and a pain in the ass to clean, but not corrosive or otherwise health-threatening aside from the surprise and public shame.<li>Pretty shure it's just tomato sauce based off colour & consistency.</li>

#FastFood #Franchises [be like:](https://www.burgerking.de/rewards/offers )
> 6 Nuggets only €2,99
Just for reference to notice how *unhinged* that pricing is:<li><a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/ALDI" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#ALDI</a> sells a 1kg bag of <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/ChickenNuggets" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#ChickenNuggets</a> for € 5,99</li><li>That bag contains 42-45 nuggets (yes I counted them!)<ul><li>Lets just assume 40 nuggets just for ease.</li><li>A gastronomer would assume 3x material cost: € 17,97 or 44,925¢ per nugget.</li></ul></li>
Now mind you the average cosumer doesn't get any discounts due to economies of scale. <li>Cuz <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/BurgerKing" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#BurgerKing</a> buy them bulk…</li>

consumer broadband is garbage.
Most ISPs don't want you to know that but you can get business contracts that have hard SLAs with them.<li>In they end they are businesses and they don't care who you are as long as you pay your bills in time.</li>

Problem is that this may work for #Homebrew and maybe #FLOSS, but sadly #GameConsoles (except #Valve's Hardware) are *explicitly designed* to be proprietary, closed boxes.<li>Espechally since the failure of <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/3DO" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#3DO</a> & <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/Nuon" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Nuon</a> showed that the "DVD Player - Model" DOES NOT WORK!<ul><li>In an ideal world, none of this shite would be a problem, but as a <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/Sysadmin" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Sysadmin</a> who has helped <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/IndieDevs" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#IndieDevs</a> (under <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/NDA" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#NDA</a>!) with such setups, I know they basically get told "Accept our terms or GTFO!"</li></ul></li>

no, you can only do #IPv4-only.<li><a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/4644XLAT" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#4644XLAT</a> doesn't work.<ul><li>At best you can get some <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/VPS" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#VPS</a> and forcibly tunnel it with a <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/VPN" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#VPN</a>…</li></ul></li>

granted, B2B contracts don't forcibly disconnected every 24 hours like consumer broadband.<li>Still, my problems (besides the <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/privacy" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#privacy</a> issues) <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/IPs" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#IPs</a> have (extra so if you have static prefixes) are due to lacking <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/IPv6" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#IPv6</a> <a href="https://jorts.horse/@kkarhan/116402631389486124" target="_blank">support</a> of services where I literally can't fix it.<ul><li>I.e. <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/Console" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Console</a> <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/DevKits" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#DevKits</a> need static, fixed <a href="https://jorts.horse/tags/IPv4" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#IPv4</a>|s to be allowlisted, unless you want them to get remote-bricked and get the suspected location swatted by some corpo.</li></ul></li>

that's still 1.280× 8TB.
Even if those were just 50g each, that would be 64kg just in SSDs.
So pretty much a lot of stuff to smuggle through…

*nodds in agreement* whereas 10-100TB would be reasonable, but 100PB would necessitate several crates of (in total) 12.800× 8TB SSDs to be transported, so unless they came daily with a suitcase filled with NVMEs in and out for months, that amount is unrealistic.
