I really only listen to informational pods these days, namely privacy/security focused ones. I have been wanting to learn more about Nostr and freedom tech though so definitely checking out that pod soon.

Ive just never cared for kids, think the world is going to shit and wouldnt want to bring any into it to make them deal with the bleak future, and can't afford em. Just doesn't make sense to me given my outlook on the world and the state of things. I'm also just not a very patient person and dont think I'd make for a good parent.

Good to know. I just miss how good Tweetdeck felt to use back in the day and since Nostr is the only "social media" I touch these days it'd be nice to have a similar experience on pc

This is the whole logic our governments are using against us tp force verifying oneself to use any services these days, down to the OS level. Parents need to parent. People will see things they shouldn't regardless of the situation. People in the city will see people shoot up on heroine. People in impoverished countries like India may see corpses floating down the river while crows feed on them. Its part of life to some extent. But dont make me give up my right to privacy because some parents don't wanna do their job. I got my balls snipped so I can't have kids, because I dont want kids to be my problem.

@nprofile…jp2l is Notedeck still for purple members only? I use Nostr exclusively on an Android device but would like a good client to run on PC

Still learning to code, and I dont want to rely on AI when I see it as a learning experience. What are the clients youre aware of?

This is why we need a Nostr client that integrates #XMR properly

#Shinyhunters are the GOATS, so its no wonder the zoophiliacs at the #FBI want to fuck them

Dont have to, I run GrapheneOS with mostly FOSS apps. Where that isn't possible I download apks from alternate sources and only allow necessary permissions when an app is actively in use.

He chose Leo XIV as his papal name as a symbolic way of following the precedent of Leo XIII, which is just as silly as every other aspect of the church. But your statement just makes you part of the problem, trying to add to the confusion and disinformation.

Stealthex.io allows swapping to XMR without an account or KYC that Ive been enjoying. Not sure about Lightning support though

@nprofile…ykyg what Nostr client are you using that allows you to put your XMR address on your profile?

Are there any Nostr clients that allow for sending of XMR as easily as zapping sats in most clients? Been saying it should be a thing for years.

So moStard would just be a Nostr application that implements XMR instead of BTC? Interesting. Does that mean potential to earn both XMR and BTC depending on where people see a post/how they choose to "zap" it?

2025-03-07 21:10:39 UTC

There are tons of ways to #stacksats from credit cards, to games, to cloud mining and more. Does anybody know of any ways to earn increments of #monero though? It's the only other coin of any interest to me and I'd like to accumulate some of that as well. Preferably not just watching ads and doing surveys like a standard faucet.

Don't be surprised if Trump doesn't pardon Ross at all folks, politicians and the Uber rich are not your friends, even if they occasionally do something you think is to our benefit.

I moved states with my ex-wife and thought I'd be settled there for a while. She ended up cheating so I moved back home and after lugging around 600+ vinyl records and other stuff up and then back only 9 months later, I opted to minimalize my life. I've made a good amount of money selling things off and my load is much lighter, feels great!
