There's an old saying in product: "Never be the first to do anything"
The rationale here is that the first to do something front-loads all the R&D, market testing and price testing which then becomes everyone else's starting point. The only time this doesn't hold true is orgs with lots of runway and no pressure to generate revenue; they don't have to put all their cards on the table.
It's more than validation, it's a blessing.

I have seen plenty of trash over the years as well, but recently (the last 2-3 months) I have noticed the slop rate is lower amongst non-developer vibers who are creatives.

On a long enough timeline, just remembering how to code will probably become invaluable when something breaks, nobody knows how it works and their agent refuses to fix it.
In the short term, I am watching artists vibe code in circles around developers, and it's because how they perceive software is not constrained by development knowledge. Depending on the subject matter, not knowing anything is probably an advantage IMO.

hyprland distros are easy to customize. By default it's a blank canvas with a terminal and tiling window manager. Omarchy is an opinionated configuration of hyprland, which makes it more accessible; more people are trying it.

I agreed last night to some people that if napplets are proven in the wild and the community calls them napps I'll rename napplet to napp.
