I normally shoot quite a lot of medium format film, so I think it's cheaper for me in the long run with my own scanner. I have an old 35mm scanner in the basement, so I'll have to dig that one out again until I get another... if it stil works😆

2024-08-07 01:51:00 UTC

- reply

Medium format scanners are super expensive. Narrow market😆

2024-08-06 19:53:43 UTC

- reply

List price on the current Plustek 120 Pro is $2000, I think. Mine is an older model that I bought used for around $500 many years ago. No chance of getting one for that price now, I'm afraid🤪

2024-08-05 23:31:23 UTC

- reply

It's super expensive, so I hope it can be repaired. But maybe I'll get a different brand if not.

2024-08-05 21:21:53 UTC

- reply

Too old for warranty, so it would have to be shipped off for repairs, if that's even possible. Hoping to hear back soon.

2024-08-05 19:53:45 UTC

I've contacted Plustek, hope they answer back. This sucks so much, I use that scanner a lot!
