I have been promoting AmazonLESS Prime Day. Window-shop Amazon's Prime Day deals, then go to the seller's own website to buy it there for the same price or better, usually with a coupon to sweeten the deal further. I have saved over $1000 that way (also not paying the annual dues for Amazon Prime no mo).
Their website trackers will report this behavior to management in excruciating detail, so they will know we are doing this.

There WON'T BE any rural hospitals. Those who can afford it will pay for "helicopter insurance" to cover the increasingly likely event that they will need to be airlifted ($50,000 and up) to a real hospital which can no longer be found locally.

The Resistance in WW2 was operated in great secrecy by people who appeared to be collaborating fully with the Nazis.
Citroen made trucks for the Nazis.
They didn't have much choice about that.
So they made the dipsticks a little too long, so they would read "plenty of oil" when they should have read "add lots of oil right now".
Needless to say, these trucks broke down a lot.
