As funny as Steve is trying to be, and yes it does fail for deeper analysis, there's a different explanation. Most men find hair attractive, and the way you style your hair says something about you. So if you were styling your hair in a way that repels certain men, maybe that is your goal maybe it isn't, just be aware you're doing it.

So the use of this picture is kind of weird to me. Those are cooling towers from a power plant. They have nothing to do with weaponization, and are not unique to nuclear power plants. Coal power plants and natural gas power plants use them as well.

I'm advocating for less government. I fear the government getting more control, and one of the ways they are doing it is this gay and trans stuff, although it has seemed to die down a little. Now they are using other things. My point is that we shouldn't just mock someone because they disagree with us. We need to understand what is going on underneath so that we can start fighting our real enemies.

2026-05-18 09:45:25 UTC

- reply

It's not about fighting individual gay people or trans people. It's that the idea of gay and trans is being weaponized to take away our freedoms. Look at all of these hate speech laws, they're restricting our ability to speak and communicate. I don't think it's good for the right or the left, science or the church, west or east, to be able to tell other people what they can or cannot say or can or cannot do. Our laws should be the bare minimum of keeping peace, the government is not trustworthy enough to be safeguarding morality. It doesn't seem like they have any anyway.
So to reiterate, a totalitarian tyrannical government is using the agenda of trans and gay to take freedom away from individuals. This is why they fight.

I agree that the corporate choked system is killing our world. We need distributed, decentralized, autonomous systems in a truly free market where people have control of their finances and are taxed to death by a system controlled by corporations or politicians. People should hold the responsibility for their own lives in their hands and we should start doing that now, as much as we can by working with the resources we do have and trading with our neighbors to circumvent our evil oppressors.

The police are set opposed to you. They enforce laws that you did not get a say in and that you might not agree with. Some of which you may not even be aware of breaking.
To sum up, fire fighters come on the scene with the assumption that you are the good guy and they need to help you. Law enforcement come on the scene with the assumption you are the bad guy and they need to find out what you did.
This may not be 100% accurate, but I think it is the perception that they create even when they are "doing their job" as you say.

My Linux and Unix like OS's breed freedom because my ecosystem comes from individuals, not corporations, just like my diet.
Let's be honest. Vegan's are the Mac owners of the computer world.
