"Six percent of Texas’s voters—over 1.2 million people—have had their voter registrations suspended, and many might not even know about it...
Voters have until October 5 to update their registrations and can check their status on the #Texas secretary of state’s website [https://goelect.txelections.civixapps.com/ivis-mvp-ui/#/login ], at a county election office, or by mail. But with a number as high as 1.2 million people, the message may not reach many voters in time"

"A reporter asked a reasonable question. Why wasn’t the White House moving immediately against Iran’s largest trading partners? In other words, if this was D-Day, why the hedge? Bessent, who is really terrible at this, promptly undercut Trump’s six-day buildup by arguing that such a move would cause too much global economic chaos."

"Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal."
- Mayor Zohran Mamdani

The International Criminal Court declared that Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal, but as far as I know, Mayor Mamdani is the only US politician brave enough to state it in clear unequivocal terms.
Please watch his whole video.

Long, but worth reading:👀
"Our current globalised #tech industry can only exist because of the protectionism and policy uniformity imposed by the #UnitedStates on its hegemony. That billions of people across dozens of countries work and interact on unified platforms whose laws and regulations are, for all practical purposes, basically that of the #US... is an artifact of US dominance."

"They have come to the Twin Cities with 2000, 3000 troops & the people of #Minneapolis St Paul have answered back with tens of thousands more. The call for help goes out, and it gets answered by so many... Everywhere you look there are people—regular-ass people like you, like me—standing up to literal troops, everyone knowing full well how it could go and doing it anyway.
Nobody should have to do this.
But we do it."
