Columbia students and workers need to shut down the institution in response to the kidnapping of Mahmoud Khalil.
TSA workers need to shut down airports in response to the Trump attack on unions.
No magic moment is coming, we need to force a tipping point.

An ICE raid in Newark yesterday kidnapped non-citizens as well as U.S. citizens. The Trump regime is just as fascist as predicted, and all of us need to do our part, plug in, and fight back. Alone we can’t do much, together we can take on this menace.

The class line that divides this country has been revealed with undeniable clarity by this CEO killing.
Corporate media has been trying, and failing, to obscure this truth.

Whatever happens next week, the next four years we will see the ruling class trying to demolish the worker wins of the last century.

Seeing Greta Thunberg arrested at a Palestine solidarity protest is striking, both because it draws our attention to how as she got more radical she lost her media darling status, and because it shows how we too can grow and strive for real transformation.

The dehumanization of the homeless has brought us to a point where existing without a home is now a criminalizable offense. That means poverty is being criminalized, public space is increasingly inaccessible, and existence is becoming harder for all of us. We have to resist, both in action and in shifting the paradigm away from the dehumanization of our fellow human beings who struggle in this capitalist world.
