A North Carolina man is facing multiple felony charges after he broke into a Little Caesars after closing time and started making and selling pizzas, according to police. It happened Sunday, the day after a massive snow storm hit the state, and the suspect kept all the money for himself, the Kinston Police Department said in a Feb. 2 news release.
An arrest was made after the suspect tried to break into the shop a second time, police said.

I disagree. The agent was a gun trigger fucknut who wanted a reason to kill somebody. He was looking for an opportunity.

“Everything I’ve done, I’ve done at the direction of the president and Stephen,” Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem told one source who relayed her comments to Axios.
Kristi Noem said that slain ICU nurse Alex Pretti wanted to "inflict maximum damage on individuals and to kill law enforcement." Carlos Gonzalez/The Minnesota Star Tribune via Getty Images
Pretti, 37, was legally carrying a handgun when he was tackled by multiple federal agents, but video shows he did not brandish the weapon. Agents can be seen on video disarming Pretti before firing numerous shots into him while he was on the ground, killing him.

On Saturday morning, a Reddit user who has posted about living in Minneapolis for years shared a video on the city’s subreddit, r/Minneapolis, with the title “Another ICE murder in front of Glam Doll Donuts.”
The 40-second clip showed a group of federal agents tackling 37-year-old Alex Pretti to the ground and beating him. About 20 seconds in, one of them begins shooting Pretti. At least 10 gunshots go off, from multiple agents, and a person can be heard yelling “Did they fucking kill that guy? Are you fucking kidding me dude? Not again.” (The agents who fired on Pretti have not been charged, nor has ICE agent Jonathan Ross, who shot and killed Minneapolis resident Renee Nicole Good on January 7. They have been moved to “other locations,” according to CBP official Greg Bovino.)
The video was upvoted more than 60,000 times, reaching the top of Reddit’s homepage.

A number of game studios and executives say they plan to skip the 2026 Game Developers Conference, citing safety concerns linked to heightened U.S. immigration scrutiny and ICE activity, among several other factors. As a result, this year's GDC could look markedly different from recent editions of the event.
GDC is scheduled to take place between March 9 and 13 in San Francisco. The upcoming edition of the annual event has been rebranded as the "GDC Festival of Gaming," with organizer Informa Festivals pitching it as a broadened, ecosystem-wide B2B industry gathering. Organizers say the shift is informed by community feedback and includes a simplified ticket structure aimed at making the show more accessible to smaller developers and independent studios compared to previous years, alongside a stronger emphasis on networking and cross-industry connections.

For years, Mackeys Ferry Sawmill in North Carolina depended on overseas buyers in China and Vietnam after domestic demand for premium hardwood declined. But when President Donald Trump launched his escalating trade war, the mill’s owners say the damage was immediate and ultimately irreversible. By July—just months after Trump declared his “Liberation Day” tariffs—they made the decision to shut the operation down entirely.
In a recent episode of the Big Take podcast, Bloomberg economics correspondent Shawn Donnan traveled to the “Old North State” to trace how one of America’s oldest trades was shaken by Trump’s tariff battles, and to hear how the mill’s owners now feel about the president they once supported at the ballot box.

Newsom traveled this week to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where he was scheduled to speak at an event but was canceled at the last moment. During his trip, he met with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

According to members of this Discord community who spoke with 404 Media on the condition of anonymity, the Discord that was once vibrant is now a ghost town. They blame the chatbot and Clinton’s behavior following its launch.
“To me it shines a light on the god-complex that AI C-suite members seem to have, and their willingness to ignore people's consent and opinions as they bulldoze their way of pushing AI,” Reese, a member of the community, told 404 Media in the aftermath.

In August 2025, two nearly identical lawsuits were filed: one against United (in San Francisco federal court) and one against Delta Air Lines (in Brooklyn federal court). They claim that each airline sold more than one million “window seats” on aircraft such as the Boeing 737, Boeing 757, and Airbus A321, many of which are next to blank fuselage walls rather than windows.
Passengers say they paid seat-selection fees (commonly $30 to $100+) expecting a view, sunlight, or the comfort of a genuine window seat — and say they would not have booked or paid extra had they known the seat lacked a window.
As reported by Reuters, United’s filing argues that it never promised a view when it used the label “window” for a seat. According to the airline, “window” refers only to the seat’s location next to the aircraft wall, not a guarantee of an exterior view.

Ohio Rep.Michael Rulli appeared on Maria Bartiromo's Fox Business News show to say he is appalled at Democrats' rhetoric, which needs to be "toned down." The Ohio Republican must never have seen Trump's tweets or Truth Social posts before. He should check in on that! Or when Donald said in Iowa in July that he "hates" Democrats, saying, "I cannot stand them." Or how about Jan. 6th, when Trump incited a mob of his supporters to attack the US Capitol to cling to power.
Rulli discussed the Charlie Kirk shooting, the only school shooting Republicans have cared about. The Turning Point co-founder seems even more powerful to Republicans after his death, as they use it to silence the opposition. His widow started fundraising days after his death, despite Charlie's $12 million net worth.
