I want to start a low volume/low frequency newsletter. Buttondown (buttondown.com) looks good but I am trying to avoid increasing my dependence on US based tech companies at the moment.
Are you using a UK/European based newsletter platform that you would recommend?

"If you only praise last-minute saves, you’ll keep getting last-minute problems. Make sure to recognize the engineer who reduced incidents, the PM who saw the risk a month out, the designer who caught the complexity before it shipped. Make that kind of foresight just as visible and valuable as triage and repair."

'Write super boring code. Write naive but obvious code. “Premature optimization is the root of all evil”. If it was too simple, you can always make it more complex later. And that moment might never arrive. Don’t write clever code until you simply have to. You will not ever regret writing code that was simple.'
