Talking to yourself might be the brain sharpening itself
For decades, talking to yourself was brushed off as odd, distracting, or even a sign of poor mental focus. Science now tells a very different story. Researchers studying how the brain processes language and problem solving have found that self-talk can be one of the clearest signs of advanced thinking, creativity, and mental control.
When you speak your thoughts out loud, your brain is not malfunctioning. It is organising. Verbalising thoughts activates multiple brain regions at once, including areas responsible for memory, attention, planning, and emotional regulation. Instead of ideas floating chaotically, the brain turns them into clear instructions it can follow.
Studies show that people who use self-talk perform better at complex tasks. Athletes use it to sharpen focus under pressure. Surgeons and pilots rely on it to avoid mistakes. Children who talk themselves through problems learn faster and retain information longer. Even adults facing stress or difficult decisions benefit because speaking thoughts aloud reduces mental overload and calms emotional responses.
Traditionally, intelligence was measured by silence, calmness, and internal thinking. The assumption was that the smartest minds worked quietly. Modern neuroscience challenges this outdated idea. The brain evolved for communication, and when it communicates with itself, performance improves. Self-talk helps the mind slow down, evaluate options, correct errors, and stay motivated when challenges arise.
There are real-life benefits too. People who use positive self-talk show lower stress levels, stronger emotional resilience, and better mental health outcomes. It can help manage anxiety, improve confidence, and strengthen focus in daily life. What once seemed like a habit to suppress may actually be a powerful cognitive tool we should embrace.
Understanding this changes how we see intelligence itself. Genius is not always silent. Sometimes it speaks out loud, guiding itself step by step toward clarity and innovation. As science continues to uncover how the brain truly works, we may discover that listening to ourselves is one of the smartest things we can do.

prolonged, severe malnutrition as a result of Israel’s total blockade of the occupied Gaza Strip.
His death brings the number of Palestinians who have died from hunger-related causes to 58 over the past 80 days.
Many other children in Gaza are suffering from acute malnutrition and face the risk of dying under Israel’s ongoing and barbaric siege.
I pray for God to intervene otherwise our human race will be exterminated by empties who look like humans, but they are from the pit of hell. https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1776635931446239232

1. Tell the world the plan in a form of entertainment (movies, tv, music).
2: Mock & ridicule anyone who understood the message & tells others.
3: Destroy the lives of anyone who breaks through the matrix & successfully reaches an audience.

The Antichrist
The Antichrist is anyone who opposes Christ.
As young child I read on an old Bible that he would reject his ancestors’ laws and customs, he is charismatic able to deceive those who are not written in the book of life. He do not like women. He speaks blasphemies against God while seating in the throne of the temple. The Jews accept him because they are waiting for their messiah, since they rejected Christ, since he came as a suffering servant.
Here a description online.
He is an earthly tyrant and trickster
By the year 1000, the main outlines of the first of two narratives about the Antichrist was in place thanks to a noble-born Benedictine monk and abbot named Adso of Montier-en-Der (c. 920-92) who wrote a treatise on the subject.
According to him, the Antichrist would be a Jew from the tribe of Dan and born in Babylon. He would be brought up in all forms of wickedness by magicians and wizards. He would be accepted as the Messiah and ruler by the Jews in Jerusalem. Those Christians whom he could not convert to his cause, he would torture and kill.
He would then rule for seven years before being defeated by the angel Gabriel or Christ and the divine armies, prior to the resurrection of the dead and the Final Judgement.

Passage for the day:
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.
