She then asked me if I have liability insurance for my bike (Yes, both through my car insurance and specific bike insurance).
"I don't believe you", she said, then illegally turned right on red and drove off.

this evening, i was riding down mossland, and some lady was screaming at the car next to her about how ridiculous the neighborway reconfiguration is, how these cyclists don't even pay taxes and think they own the road.
I rode up and asked her which taxes I don't pay ("excise tax", which I do).

Come out with us and eat some ice cream! Even if you can’t join our ride from Belmont High School, I’d love to see anyone at Cambridge Common around 11am tomorrow to consume our ice cream.

Stop driving cars in dense cities on roads with bicycles and pedestrians on them as well.
Just stop doing it! It’s dangerous! You could kill sometime extremely easily because you’re operating a two ton rolling living room with a motor powerful enough to flatten any human being in your path.

20 years of living in the area has not erased the joy that coming out of a tunnel to see this view brings me every time.

shit like this demonstrates such a fundamental misunderstanding of what it's worth it to spend time on at the scale of the government.
Yes, in any massive organization, you'll have some shit penny-ante shit sitting around that no one has time to deal with, *because it's not worth the effort*.
