Still love the idea of something like this for display on a #selfhosted #homelab , but not sure how useful it would actually be for me https://pixel-rack.com/

Realistically, they’ll probably do whatever, regardless :(

The idea of putting an AGENT.md in my repos still makes me feel weird. Maybe we could call it NO AGENTS XD

Looks like it was added now 😆

One minor one I miss, is `pip list --outdated`, though I suppose it's not necessary if I bump things more frequently.
I like `uv tree` showing the dependencies which I used to have to use a separate tool for.

Aye, there’s some uneasiness (reinforced by *MANY* recent examples), though my hope is that in the worst case, uv has shown a good way to patch all those tools into one bundle, and will be fairly easy to fork or redo without VC money.

Aye, I do respect them for being upfront about it. Much better than a surprise "incredible journey" 🙃

Also rather concerning considering quite a lot of recent services 😅

https://zed.dev/blog/remote-development
I like the idea of remote development over ssh, but still wary of an editor that is advertises LLMs as one of their 'features'
I typically have been using https://lapce.dev/ for remote development at times, but it is a slower moving project.

I had written something custom a while back
https://paultraylor.net/blog/dns-gitops/
but if I redo it, might use something like DNSControl

2024-10-18 03:43:48 UTC

I ended up writing my own scripts to #gitops my #dns though DNSControl looks like a reasonable solution for those who haven't already written their own.

Yeah, I'm using their API for some auto tagging stuff, but it means polling. (Loop through my recent uncategorized, and automatically categorize some things based on domain). Though my wishlist is to have webhook support, so I can feed it into my own personal IFTTT like system 😛
(sometime I want to blog about my raindrop tagging or about webhooks more 🙃)

I’m currently using raindrop but sometimes want to build my own. Problem is that I mostly want to experiment with the API/Web UI stuff, but would find it less enjoyable to do the various browser integrations. Not sure there’s really any kind of common api for ‘read later’ type services.
