Republican Rep. Tom McClintock of California introduced a House bill that would let crime victims sue state and local officials who release illegal immigrants under federal detainers is sitting on the calendar for a possible post-election vote. It would also bar state and local governments from blocking their own employees from enforcing immigration law, working with federal agents, or asking about a person’s status.

Remember, the Democrats have repeatedly infiltrated the MAGA and America First movements. They prop someone up as an important voice and then have the infiltrator turn sour toward the movements or the leadership, attempting to drag followers away. Over and over they do it, trying to unravel as much as possible, to weaken the momentum, to fracture the cause. As you've likely heard before, be careful who you follow.

Presidential pardons have historically been for specific crimes committed and sentences handed down for those crimes. Why hasn't the DOJ challenged the validity of Biden's "preemptive" pardons for any and all crimes known or unknown for a 10 year long range of time? How can this be legal? It can't be, or at least shouldn't be. At best, this is a bad precedent and should be challenged. So should the autopen pardons.
